Description: The user forms the Snake, Dog, and Lightning Release seal before holding out their palm with the fingers curled like a claw. An orb of water with water conducted inside forms in the palm before breaking apart and shooting forth in multiple energy beams. There are five beams in total, each heading in the same, singular direction that the palm is pointing towards. It can travel a total of 5 meters at a speed of 1 m/s. The appearance of the beams is of electric-blue energy that's almost too bright to look at, all of which arch towards the target. If hit by the beams, then the foe will suffer from D-tier damage and suffer from static shocks for one post.
